Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 4 while managing a portfolio of large, complex corporate clients.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and high-value clients
- Deliver tailored insurance solutions across complex risk programs
- Drive new business through referrals, networks and strategic relationships
- Maintain solid insurer relationships to achieve optimal client outcomes
- Work closely with senior leadership to improve processes and performance
About You
- Proven experience in a senior broking or leadership role
- Strong background managing corporate or large commercial portfolios
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
- Commercial mindset with a track record of growing or retaining business
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Tier 1 Broking qualification
