About the Role

The Coordinator plays a key leadership role in balancing teaching responsibilities with strategic management and operational duties. The position is responsible for driving excellence in teaching and learning, leading curriculum development and implementation, and ensuring consistent, high-quality educational outcomes across the school. Through coaching and mentoring, the Coordinator supports teachers in adopting innovative and effective teaching practices, manages student behaviour and wellbeing processes, coordinates relief staffing,



and collaborates with staff to implement the school's annual improvement priorities and long-term strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Eligibility

- Bachelor of Education or Master of Teaching
- NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation
- Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy
