What you'll do

- Lead software delivery from initial concept through production evolution.
- Write clean, reusable code using TDD, pair programming, and established design patterns.
- Design pragmatic solutions that account for project constraints and technical trade-offs.
- Implement DevSecOps practices to automate deployments and prioritize security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to build features, prototypes, and UX-focused designs.
- Mentor junior developers and foster an inclusive, supportive team environment.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable software specifications.

Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of full-stack development experience using Python, Node.js,



and React.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming.
- Proven experience leading software teams using Agile and Lean methodologies.
- Deep understanding of continuous delivery, TDD, and infrastructure automation.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders to achieve technical excellence.

Nice to have

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Interest in functional programming, event-driven architecture, or platform engineering.
