This is an exceptional opportunity for a Solicitor with personal injury law experience. You’ll work closely with clients, helping them navigate life changing situations and fighting to obtain justice and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet with clients and take instructions, for recent and existing clients, and work with the team to advise as to the merits of potential claims
- Review and analyse medical and other relevant records and consider evidence
- Assist the team with drafting of letters of advice to clients, pleadings, briefs to counsel and positions papers.
- Attend court for the necessary mentions and instruct barrister(s) at interlocutory applications and/or Hearings.
- Attend Mediations and Informal Settlement Conferencesas required.
- Mentor law clerks
