We are looking for an experienced Factory Hand Allrounder to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident with a variety of manufacturing equipment in both team environments and working in autonomous roles and takes pride in producing consistent high-quality work.

On-the-job training will be provided! An ability in most of the listed tasks at a competent level, with experience in manufacturing or a similar role is preferred to apply.

This role includes but is not limited to, assisting in all general factory hand tasks, filling in for staff on leave, logistics, packing, machinery operations, welding, fiber glassing, forklift and light vehicle truck driving.

Experience in our industry is highly valued, however, candidates with experience in other trades, manufacturing, textiles, auto trimming, marine trimming, fiber glassing, welding or other similar or related industries are sought and welcome.

You will be working with a range of materials to manufacture a variety of Automotive products.

This is a hands-on role, so it's essential that the candidate is physically capable and enjoys an active day.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following tasks:

- Operating machines safely and efficiently
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Fabrication of a variety of materials including vinyl, PVC, and carpet.
- Reading job sheets and following production specifications
- Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials as required
- Maintaining high-quality workmanship and consistency
- Inspecting finished products for defects and quality control




- Assisting with general production and factory duties as required
- Forklift operator and driving the light vehicle truck as required
- Working as part of a team to meet production deadlines
- Other general factory duties, including tidying up work area, and rotating departments to fill in for when staff are on leave.

Skills & Experience

- Follow detailed production instructions on job orders
- Have a good eye for detail, so that the products you produce are of the highest quality.
- Fiber Glassing experience will be an advantage
- Ability to pass a drug/alcohol test
- Enjoy hands-on work
- Ability to prioritise and follow instructions clearly
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
