Our Not for Profile client is seeking a customer focused Windows 11 Desktop Support Engineer to assist with business as usual workload and overflow workloads. Activities include level 2 hardware/software/desktop and application support within a Microsoft 365 environment.

Experience/Skills required.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving connectivity/hardware issues and logging tickets.
- End user desktop support experience with Windows 11 / Office 365 products is essential.
- Providing excellent customer services (technical support and guidance)



when assisting users via phone, email, or in person.
- Support and troubleshooting of Windows and network troubleshooting.
- Administration of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra / Azure, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune user and device management.
- SCCM administration including deployments, application support, and remote access.
- Active Directory account administration.
- Experience in supporting Outlook to Microsoft 0365 migrations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
