The Gordon Hotel in Gordon, halfway between Ballarat and Melbourne, is seeking an experienced chef to run our kitchen across lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Sunday. You’ll set the standard on the pass and keep the back of house calm, clean and organised.
You’ll manage service, ordering, costing, stock control and stock takes, contribute menu ideas and ensure food safety and compliance while working with a small, friendly team.
