What you'll do

- Collect, document, and verify business requirements.
- Convert business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Organize and lead workshops with internal stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business goals and software development.
- Monitor project progress and assist in the implementation of solutions to meet business objectives.

Requirements





- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analysis role within the software industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in creating user stories and functional specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
