About the Role

- Administration Expertise - run the administration functions and keep the office warm and professional
- Recruitment & HR - support and coordinate interviews and pre-employment checks, maintain records, and help new starters settle in
- Marketing support - lend a hand with social posts, flyers, events and community comms to help our story reach more people




- Finance support - keep financial records accurate and work alongside the finance team

Who you are

- Warm, qualified and great with people
- Clear communicator, written and spoken
- Highly organised, with sharp attention to detail
- Discreet with confidential information
- Confident across Microsoft Office and business software
- Calm under pressure, juggling priorities with ease
- 2+ years administration and customer service experience

Nice to have: marketing experience.
