About You To be considered, you'll ideally have:

- 3+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction at a well established builder
- Experience delivering new build and/or major refurbishment projects
- Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement and cost control
- Ability to manage subcontractor packages from procurement through to final account
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant construction or quantity surveying qualification

Responsibilities

- Manage subcontractor procurement and letting
- Prepare and administer subcontract agreements
- Assess progress claims and variations
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Assist with budgeting and financial management
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Team to deliver projects successfully
- Ensure contractual compliance throughout project delivery
