The Prospect
This is a genuine long-term opportunity for an experienced Owners Corporation Manager to take ownership of an established Melbourne portfolio with strong support behind them.
You’ll be backed by a dedicated administration and accounts team, with most meetings conducted via Zoom and flexibility to manage your day the way it works best for you. Occasional attendance at AGMs, committee meetings and site inspections across metropolitan Melbourne will be required.
On top of a competitive base salary, you’ll earn 40% of Schedule 2.2 fees, meaning your income grows as the portfolio grows. For the right person, this is a genuinely rewarding package.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing an established portfolio of residential and mixed-use owners corporations
- Chairing AGMs, committee meetings and SGMs
- Building strong relationships with committees and lot owners
- Coordinating maintenance,
contractors and compliance matters
- Assisting committees with budgeting and financial management
- Managing insurance claims and defect matters where required
- Providing practical, proactive advice and communication to your clients

- Minimum 12 months experience in owners corporation or strata management
- Solid understanding of the Owners Corporations Act 2006
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Good time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Certificate IV in Strata & Community Management (desirable but not essential)
