You'll step up and be responsible for:

- Handling enquiries from prospective residents
- Showcasing a premium residential building, apartments and amenities
- Application management
- Lease negotiation and signing
- Coordinating move-ins and move-outs
- Conducting market reviews and assisting with the development and implementation of strategic plans
- Renewals and renewal strategy for current residents
- Database management
- Report preparation
