Time After Time Bakery Café is looking for an experienced Full-Time Café Manager to join our growing team.

We are a modern bakery café that opened earlier this year and have quickly established ourselves as one of Melbourne CBD's exciting new venues. We are operated by the same team behind a successful hospitality business in the city, with well-developed systems and strong operational support already in place.

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and takes pride in creating memorable experiences for every guest. The ideal candidate is someone who leads with warmth, stays calm under pressure, and has the experience to confidently manage a busy café.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Café Manager is essential.
- Proven ability to lead a busy service and manage day-to-day operations.




- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A positive, hands-on attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.
- Barista experience or strong coffee knowledge is highly regarded.
- Availability to work five days per week across our seven-day trading schedule.
