KEY DUTIES

- Door knocking and cold calling to generate current leads
- Preparing for open home inspections and auctions
- Maintaining relationships with prospective clients

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Have an Agents Representative Certificate
- Possess a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license
- Speak fluent in English. Mandarin-speaking is also an advantage
- Work full-time
- Able to work every Saturday
- Be well presented
- Possess robust communication skills
- Be able to establish rapport with people
- Have an exceptional work ethic
