We are looking for an experienced and passionate Indian Chef to join our busy and growing team.

Position: Full-Time Indian Chef Location: Mudgeeraba, Gold Coast, QLD

Responsibilities:

Prepare authentic Indian curries, tandoori dishes, and appetizers

Maintain high food quality and presentation standards

Manage kitchen operations and stock control

Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed

Work efficiently in a quick-paced environment

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Indian kitchen

Strong knowledge of North Indian cuisine and tandoor preferred

Ability to work in a busy team environment

Reliable, hardworking, and passionate about cooking
