About the role

As Bell Desk Supervisor, you're the energy behind our Valet & Porter team the face guests see first and remember most. You'll lead a crew that takes real pride in going above and beyond, and you'll set the tone for how we welcome every single guest, every single day.

What you'll be doing

- Leading and inspiring the bell desk team, day to day
- Planning ahead for peak arrivals and departures so the floor always runs smoothly
- Coaching and mentoring porters to deliver next-level service, and giving them the training to back it up




- Managing vehicle movements with care and precision
- Jumping in to help guests with whatever they need big or small
- Staying in the loop on hotel events and functions, and championing everything we have to offer

What you bring

- Experience as a Bell Captain, Senior Porter, or similar supervisory role is preferred but not required.
- A natural people-leader with real team management experience
- Sharp communication and organisational skills
- A full Australian driver's licence (manual and auto you'll need both)
- A self-starter mindset solutions-focused, calm under pressure and always ready to help
