Melbourne

Location: Yarraville & Hampton East, Melbourne Work type: Part-time or full-time (20–38 hours per week)

Most fitness businesses run classes to fill a timetable. That's not why we run them.

We run them so the woman who finished rehab last month has somewhere to get strong. So the person who sat in the car park deciding whether to walk in comes back on Thursday. So nobody has to play messenger between a physio and a trainer who've never met.

We're looking for the person who'll own that class program. All of it.

Who we are

All for One is an allied health and movement business in Yarraville, Hampton East and Kensington. Physio, clinical and reformer Pilates, strength, spin, yoga, massage, women's health. One roof, one team, one plan. Your physio and your trainer talk to each other here. Sounds obvious. It's rare.

You won't find transformation challenges or before-and-after photos on our walls. We'd rather be the place people quietly train at for a decade. Our classes are full of new mums rebuilding strength, desk workers undoing their week, people in their fifties picking up a barbell for the first time, and regulars who've made us part of how they live. Our first value is you belong here, and it applies before anyone's done a single rep.

The job

You'll lead the group class program across our Yarraville and Hampton East studios: Reformer, strength, spin and yoga. You'll teach, mostly Reformer, because nobody can lead a class program from behind a desk. And you'll have dedicated leadership hours from day one to:

Set the standard for what a great class looks like here, and hold every format to it

Sit in on classes and coach our instructors.

Feedback in this building means noticing what's good, celebrating it out loud, and being honest about the rest

Hire the next instructors, and protect the culture with every hire

Build the systems a growing program needs: onboarding, cover, programming, class standards

Grow the program itself. Sharpen what we run now, and launch the class styles we should be running next

Work directly with the owner on where it all goes

As the systems and team take shape, the leadership side of your week keeps expanding. That's the design of the job. We grow together is the deal here, for our members, for our instructors, and for you.

This is you, or it isn't

You get a kick out of making other teachers better. You clock the nervous first-timer in the back row as rapid as you clock a wrong spring setting. You believe a class program should still be serving someone in year ten, not just week six.

If you're chasing a stage, a following, or a transformation-challenge calendar, we're probably not your studio. No judgement. We're just built for something else.

What you'll need

Solid Reformer Pilates teaching experience (it's part of your class load) inside a well-rounded group fitness background

An eye for what makes any class great, whether or not you teach that format yourself

Ideas about where group fitness is heading and the itch to build what's next on our timetable

The confidence to give honest feedback and make hiring calls

Nice to have: Group Fitness/Strength classes and spin teaching, previous team leadership.
