About the role:

We're looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our Melbourne Metro team. In this field-based role, you'll be responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining Zip's range of boiling, chilled and filtered drinking water systems.

As a Service Technician, you'll use your strong technical skills to diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and ensure every customer receives outstanding service. You'll work autonomously while representing the Zip brand professionally, building strong relationships with customers through your reliability, communication and attention to detail.

Skills & experience :

Someone who has excellent fault finding and problem-solving abilities

Individuals who are able to manage their time efficiently and effectively

Someone who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service experience to our customers





Previous experience in the appliance industry, coffee machine or hot water industry

An Australian resident and eligible to go through a security clearance
