Role Purpose

The Cargo Flight Clerk roleis responsible fordeliveringhigh performancestandards around all aspects of cargo handling, meeting the requirements of our customers. This will include coordinating and supporting the efficient movement of domestic and international freight while ensuring compliance with airline, customs, quarantine, safety, and airport regulations. The role provides administrative, operational, and customer service support throughaccuratedocumentation, transaction processing, reporting, and freight coordination activities.

What you will be doing

- Maintain a strongsafety culture within the workplace driving OH&S; awarenessin accordancewithcompany policies and procedures at all times.
- Work without directsupervision.
- Perform duties as directed by Supervisors and Cargo Operations Manager
- Ensure that productivity and performance criteria are met in the designated area of responsibility, including completion or regular performance assessment reports.
- Ascertaindaily work schedules andallocatespecific tasks to meet daily workobjectivesin a designated group.
