We are looking for a lively, confident and people-focused Enrolment Specialistto join our amazing Enrolments Team based at our Southport office.

This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, building genuine relationships and helping families feel supported, heard and excited about starting their journey with us.

Permanent Part Time | Southport Office
37.5 hours per week | Flexible between 7:00am - 5:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Enrolment Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for many of our families. You will help guide them through the enrolment process from their very first enquiry through to starting care.

Your day will include:

- Responding to family enquiries via phone, email and CRM
- Building strong relationships with prospective families
- Following up with families and booking centre tours
- Supporting families through the enrolment process
- Managing waitlists and keeping CRM records up to date
- Building strong relationships with Centre teams to support enrolment growth
- Working towards enrolment targets and KPIs
- Creating a warm, positive and memorable experience for every family

What We’re Looking For





We are looking for someone who brings energy, confidence and a genuine love for helping people.

You will be a great fit if you have:

- Experience in sales, customer service, call centres, enrolments or a similar role
- Early childhood experience is highly desirable
- A bubbly, friendly and professional phone manner
- Confidence making calls and having meaningful conversations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-focused environment
- Experience using CRM systems, with Qikkids experience being a bonus
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
