About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, experienced, professional, and high-achieving individual to join our energetic and enthusiastic team as Student Recruitment Officer/Manager at our AIBI HE Melbourne based campus.

You are responsible for the ethical selling process and establishing and maintaining a culture of integrity among students, student recruitment agents, and staff members for iEDU group

Manage AIBI Higher Education Melbourne

Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets

Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

Build and maintain strong,



long-lasting customer relationships

Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

Establish and maintain relationships with local and international education agents.

Recruit students directly or indirectly from the targeted global countries by liaising with onshore and offshore education agents.

Assist in the preparation of marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures, flyers, websites, etc.

Assist with the implementation of marketing strategies and advertising campaigns, and marketing events to promote the iEDU programs.

Being a key contact point with agents and potential students to support college business objectives.

Knowledge:

Relevant tertiary qualifications

Solid understanding of International and Higher education student education environment

Excellent knowledge of the English Language

Additional Languages are considered a plus

Solid experience in relationship management
