Zenn Ability is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to join our SIL home in Western Sydney. You will support participants with daily living activities, personal care, community access, and help maintain structured routines within the home.

The role requires hands-on SIL experience, confidence with behaviour support plans, and availability across a 24/7 roster including sleepover shifts. Teamwork and reliable, consistent support are essential.
