Tellus Civil is a locally owned civil earthmoving company based in Geelong and completing projects around South West Victoria.Tellus Civil owns contemporary, well maintained plant and equipment, and specialises in pavements. Work also includes bulk and detailed excavation and civil stormwater. Current areas of work include Geelong, Melbourne and Western Victoria.

About the role

Tellus Civil is growing with contract wins in Geelong and South West Vic and so needs to expand the team. Immediate start available.

Essential behaviors & responsibilities for successful applicant:

- Ability to independently, troubleshoot and make decisions
- Punctual & Reliable
- Team player
- Attention to detail and respect for plant and equipment
- Ability to work away for short durations (LAFHA added on top of wage in these instances)
- Experience working with concrete is highly valued





Project tasks include but are not limited to:

- Operating a heavy vehicle for anywhere between 2-4 days of the week
- Setting out sites and levels
- Hand work and ground work to assist operators on site
- Guidance and direction for people and plant
- Pavement prep and final trim
- Civil Stormwater pipe laying
- Labouring for concrete works
