The Trustee for Petrazzulo Family Trust – Melbourne VIC is seeking a skilled Pastry Cook for a full time role at Collins Coffee House on 38 hours per week. You will prepare, bake, decorate and present pastries, cakes and desserts to high standards. AQF Certificate III or Certificate IV in Patisserie is required, with at least 3 years' experience in a commercial kitchen.
Food safety and hygiene knowledge are essential. Weekend and early morning shifts may apply.
