Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

- Performing daily ATM cash load reconciliations
- Investigating and resolving ATM reconciliation discrepancies
- Daily Bailment account monitoring, reconciliation and limit calculation
- Cash order cross-checking, reconciliation and payment processing
- Resolving various queries from CIT providers & Internal Departments
- Maintaining Cash Order and Rebank information in internal database
- Maintaining of SLA breach registers, assisting with monthly SLA claims
- Following up missed cash services
- Coordination of ATM installations and removals
- Organising Security Site Surveys with CIT Providers
- Confirming and Booking of ATM de-cashes and first cashing
- Updating and maintaining records in database




- Monitoring and following up of Non-Transacting CIT Terminals
- Accurate and timely reporting to external parties as per agreed formats
- Assisting with monthly Bailment reconciliation and KPI reporting
- Any other tasks as assigned by Management to ensure the effective operation of the department
