Now because of growth and continued success we are on the hunt for 2 Production Operators to join the team!

The Opportunity:

This is role for someone who truly enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in producing quality work, and wants to be part of a supportive team setting where no two days are exactly the same.

Working within our modern manufacturing facility, you will be involved in the production and preparation of specialised threaded fasteners. How? By doing the following…

- Manufacturing specialised threaded fasteners
- Preparing and coordinating products for external finishing and plating
- Picking, staging, and supplying materials to support production
- Tracking and recording product and batch information to ensure quality and traceability
- Managing stock movements and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Rotating across different areas of the operation to build your skills and experience
- All while contributing to a safe , organised, and high-performing workplace

What we are looking for:





To hit the ground running you will possess the following..

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail
- Is reliable, punctual, and committed to safety
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Has previous manufacturing, production, warehouse , or distribution experience (This will get you extra brownie points)
- Holds a current Forklift Licence
