A casual administer is sought for a job share position, that will become a permanent full- time position for the right candidate in January 2027.

This is a fixed office- based role, requiring an experienced, reliable and dedicated administrator, to become part of our busy office team. Financial literacy and bookkeeping experience are a must.

Rath and Co Trading are a SME enterprise supporting the food industry, in B2B dry food commodity supply.

The role:

- Book keeping and data entry.
- Document checking and verification.
- Order checking and entry.
- Assist in financial administrative and operational tasks.
- Work as part of the administrative team, within the structural framework of the organisation, to strengthen office systems and workflows.

To be successful in the role you will have:

- Consolidated experience in an administrative role.




- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A robust attention to detail and mindset that favours continuous improvement.
- Ability to work unsupervised and proactively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel,)
- Experience with SAP business 1 is an advantage.
- Experience working in multi-currency accounts.
- Multicultural intelligence and awareness.
- Confidence handling banking, credit control management, administrative and customer service functions.
- General knowledge and experience in freight and distribution, including warehousing and inventory management are an advantage.
