BlueCare is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join the Caboolture-based Customer Service Centre for a 12-month fixed-term, full time role. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with $33.22 per hour plus 12% Super and staff benefits.

The role focuses on handling inquiries, advising on care options, eligibility and funding, and ensuring a high standard of service. You will work with a multi-channel team, using CRM and knowledge bases to provide timely, accurate information, and you will help
