As a Graduate Product Support Consultant, you’ll play a key role supporting Orikan’s technology platforms, including PayStay, ePermits, UbiPark, IMaaS and PinForce.

This role is ideal for graduates from IT, Computer Science, Data, Information Systems or related STEM disciplines , or anyone with a strong interest in the intersection where technology meets customer service.

You don’t need prior product support experience — we’ll provide training, mentoring and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

With guidance from experienced team members, you will:

- Provide friendly, professional Level 1–2 technical support via phone and email
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, keeping customers informed throughout
- Log and manage cases in our service desk system
- Work with internal teams such as Development and Technical Services to solve problems




- Learn to use SQL and databases to support troubleshooting and reporting
- Help document solutions and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Participate in an on‑call support rotation (once trained and supported)
