About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll be a key link between our customers, suppliers and production teams, helping deliver outstanding customer service while supporting the efficient operation of the site.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer enquiries, quotations and orders.
- Coordinating with production and dispatch to ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Resolving customer enquiries and service issues.
- Purchasing site consumables and glass stock.
- Processing purchase orders, goods receipting and supplier invoices.
- Maintaining inventory records, stock reconciliations and coordinating monthly stocktakes.
- Supporting production programming when required.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and maintain high safety standards.
About You
You'll bring:
- Experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing, logistics or industrial environment.
- Strong administration, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with purchasing, inventory or stock control.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/business systems (SAP and/or LiSEC experience is advantageous).
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
