This Role Matters As Associate Midwife Manager (AMM), you will play a pivotal leadership role within Monash Women's at Monash Medical Centre

About the Role Working closely with the Midwife Manager, you will: Provide day-to-day operational and clinical leadership across maternity services Support workforce planning, recruitment and staff development Promote evidence-based, woman-centred and culturally safe care Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Foster a collaborative, accountable and high-performing team culture Contribute to ongoing service expansion and innovation You'll be a visible and approachable leader in a fast-paced, supportive workplace that values excellence and continuous growth.

This is an ongoing Part Time 0.42 EFT across a rotating roster

- all shifts, 7 days a week.

About You You are an experienced Registered Midwife ready to take the next step in leadership.

You bring clinical credibility, emotional intelligence, and the ability to inspire confidence and accountability within your team. You will also have: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife Significant maternity clinical experience across a full scope of practice Demonstrated leadership or management capability Strong communication and organisational skills A passion for developing others and improving services A commitment to culturally safe, respectful care
