A great opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant/Paralegal to support a collaborative, fast-paced Family Law team.
You will be involved in the end-to-end progression of files, ensuring seamless support and communication across the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing correspondence and legal documents
- Managing files, emails, and calendars
- Liaising with clients and external stakeholders
- Drafting court documents and e-filing
- Assisting with briefs and litigation support
- Supporting lawyers across active matters
About You:
You are a proactive,
organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- 3–4+ years’ experience as a Legal Assistant and/or Paralegal
- Demonstrated experience in Family Law
- Solid attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks
