The Academy of Interactive Entertainment (AIE) is Australia's most awarded 3D Animation, Game Design and Visual FX educator based in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide and Online with a commitment to delivering high quality, specialist vocational and higher education.

AIE is looking for an enthusiastic events officer to help educate prospective students on career opportunities and study pathways AIE's courses through school visits, career expos and campus tours. This is the first point of contact and as such the candidate plays a critical role in building relationships with stakeholders, prospective students, parents, event organisers and industry.

The selected candidate must demonstrate:

- Excellent public speaking skills, with a demonstrable friendly and positive attitude.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.




- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and client focused relationships.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
- Hold the right to work in Australia.
- Interest in games, film and animation is an advantage.

Please note:

- This is a full time position with a 5-month probation period.
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
- The applicant must hold a current driver’s license.
- Applicants need to be able to apply for, or currently hold, a current National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
