Tumbulgum Tavern is on the lookout for a Chef to join our team - with the exciting opportunity to help shape a brand new kitchen, currently under construction!

What we're looking for:

- Trade-qualified Chef (or Demi Chef working towards qualification)
- Solid experience in a busy pub/tavern kitchen
- Confident with pub classics and up-to-date bistro-style menus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during service
- Food safety certification
- Reliable, team-oriented, and takes pride in their section

What you'll do:

- Prepare and cook menu items to a consistent, high standard
- Manage your section during busy service periods
- Assist with prep, stock rotation,



and kitchen cleanliness
- Be part of setting up and running our current state-of-the-art kitchen
- Work alongside our team to deliver great food, every time
