Samford Village Pumps is a Water Pump, Irrigation, Pool, Service Center & Retail store in Samford on the North Western side of Brisbane. We have been supporting the region since 1984, and we are well regarded in this area.

We provide on site and field service to the immediate area as well as suburban Brisbane for household domestic pumps, bores, pool equipment, and irrigation.

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on team member who has strong pool industry knowledge and excellent sales ability.

You’ll split your time between servicing pools in office, and working in the shop helping customers, selling equipment, and handling admin tasks. If you love pools, know the gear inside out, and enjoy chatting with customers, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll service residential and commercial pools, perform water testing and chemical balancing, carry out equipment maintenance and repairs, and handle installation when needed. In the shop, you’ll assist customers with product advice, process sales, manage stock,



and take care of general admin like invoicing and phone enquiries. Some weekend work may be required during peak season.

This role requires a strong attention to detail, exactness, and taking pride in your daily tasks. A dedication to meeting the needs of the customer, and following through on outcomes. The role is a challenging multi-faceted one, and rewarding in the variegated nature of the work.

Restricted electrical ticket, and experience with Simpro are highly regarded.
