Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Provide a professional response and action customer enquiry via phone and email
- Respond in a friendly, professional and customer focused manner, ensuring first call resolution.
- Accurately processing all phone and email orders into ERP system.
- Quoting,



providing customers with product information and upselling products.
- Handle customer complaints and forward to appropriate departments for resolutions as required.
- Communicate with accounting department regarding customer accounts.

Skills and experience

- Proven experience in a fast paced sales environment
- Passionate & Self Motivated
- A positive can do attitude that craves success
- A true passion for driving sales & providing outstanding customer experience
- Someone who is adaptable and thrives in a dynamic atmosphere
- Clear and fluent English
- Excellent communication skills
- Multi-lingual is favorable but not essential

Experience in sales or hospitality is prefered
