The Dandelion Collective is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our SIL team in the Newcastle and Maitland areas. This role includes 24/7 roster requirements with sleepover shifts, supporting participants to develop daily living skills and independence.
You will work within our person-centred service, collaborating with participants, families and team members to tailor supports to individual goals and preferences.
