An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Customer Service Representative with SAP order processing experience to join a collaborative and high‑performing team.

The Opportunity

As the first point of contact for customers, you will manage the end‑to‑end order processing function, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Working closely with the Sales, Warehouse, Logistics and Supply Chain teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Process customer orders accurately using SAP.
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email, managing enquiries from order through to delivery.
- Monitor customer orders,



proactively managing backorders and keeping customers updated.
- Liaise with Warehouse, Logistics, Sales and Supply Chain teams to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
- Resolve customer enquiries efficiently while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Support customer account administration, including credit enquiries, order updates and general administrative tasks.

About You

- Previous SAP order processing experience.
- Customer service experience within logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or distribution.
- Solid communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
