Role Requirements
- This is an exciting opportunity to work with us as a coordinator/stylist, for a wide range of events including corporate events, product launches, weddings and private events
- You will manage the end-to-end coordination process, ensuring every event is delivered in a professional, courteous and seamless manner
- Client facing and relationship driven, requiring strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- 1 year experience required, in corporate or incentive/event roles
- Experience in the CRM EventPro or similar also preferred
- Training will be provided in styling if you have that creative edge
Primary Functions
- Assist clients with all styling needs using our in-house décor hire range and outsource styling elements that are not in-house
- Manage your time efficiently so that all clients are being attended to at each stage of their planning process,
managing the development and coordination of their events
- Conceptualise, design and deliver event styling from initial mood boards through to in office execution, ensuring a cohesive and visually engaging outcome
- This role will suit an individual with a positive attitude and who has the capacity, flexibility and willingness to be part of a tight-knit, vibrant and committed team
- Liaise with Suppliers regarding catering, AV, entertainment, print requirements, etc
- An operational mindset for event planning, supplier coordination, bump-in, event delivery, bump-out and post-event administration
- Manage and develop your own client accounts as you take on more events, once trained
- Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Robust organisational skills and excellent time management are essential
- Consistently achieve set KPI’s & targets
- Support other events coordinators/managers as you grow your skill base
- Working in a solely in-office environment
- Liaise with stakeholders such as venues regarding bookings & logistics of bump in/bump out
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends for onsite events as required
