We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven individual with a solid desire to learn to join an established, fast growing, respected financial institution, with diversified exposure across a variety of clients, asset classes, capital structures and financial services

To contribute to the registry function for the MSC Abacus fund administration business, comprising an existing book of circa AUD $1 billion in funds under administration.

The Unit Registry Officer is responsible for setting up and maintaining unit-holder, adviser and dealership records for Fund Managers,



in accordance with statutory and service agreement standards.

Core tasks include:

- Onboarding new fund manager clients including the uploading and verification of data;
- Validating data and processing transactions - applications, redemptions, switches;
- Data entry and validation of updated unit-holder information;
- Perform AML/KYC checks as required;
- Preparation and distribution of management and client reports;
- Processing distributions, ATO reporting and other reporting requirements;
- Monitor and action requests received in inbox and respond to telephone enquiries.

Additional responsibilities and qualifications:

- Knowledge of AML/CTF Act and Rules;
- Client service focused;
- Effective and enthusiastic with a friendly and positive disposition;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail;
- Ability to organise and perform own work without direct supervision;
- Team player;
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite;
