Physiotherapist (Part-Time) | Structured Mentoring + Specialty Exposure

At Essendon Physio Group, we're looking for an early-career physiotherapist who wants more than just a full caseload, someone motivated to become a confident, highly skilled clinician within a supportive and structured workplace.

In this role, you will:

- Work closely with senior and principal physiotherapists
- Participate in regular case conferencing and clinical discussions
- Access dual consults and hands-on support
- Be guided to manage more complex presentations over time

You will also gain exposure to specialty areas including:

- Dizziness and balance
- Jaw (TMJ) physiotherapy
- Respiratory physiotherapy
- Rehabilitation and chronic condition management

You won't be left to figure things out alone, but you also won't be held back if you're ready to grow.

The opportunity

You'll be supported to:

- Build and manage your own physiotherapy caseload
- Develop strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills




- Work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team
- Progress beyond standard musculoskeletal care into more specialised and complex work

About you

We're looking for someone who:

- Is early in their physiotherapy career (new grads welcome)
- Is motivated to become a high-quality clinician
- Is proactive, engaged, and open to feedback
- Communicates well and values teamwork
- Is looking for a role with long-term development , not just short‑term experience
- Holds either a Bachelor's or Master's degree in physiotherapy
- Must hold current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist at the time of application (please note, visa sponsorship is not available).
