This role offers ongoing support along with genuine opportunities for career development and progression.

About the role

As a Service Advisor, you will:

- Provided end to end support for customers in the Service department
- Providing customers with up to date information regarding their service booking and works
- Work collaboratively with the team to consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to sell the benefits of the products and services
- Attention to detail whilst ensuring high-level accuracy
- Positively resolving any customer complaints or concerns
- Be able to enjoy an upbeat working setting




- Work as a team with other departments demonstrating a high level of professionalism

About You

The successful applicant will have:

- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Current VIC Driver's license
- Eagerness to learn and up skill
- Current Police Check
