Norths Devils Leagues Club are seeking passionate Chefs de Partie to join our hospitality family.

About us

Norths Devils Leagues Club (Devils), situated in the Northern suburbs ofBrisbane, forms an integral part of the local community. Established for over 50 years, Norths Devils Leagues Club is an important hub for community support and rugby league growth in Brisbane's northern suburbs.The venue is spaciously designed to incorporate a 240 seat restaurant, versatile function spaces, dedicated sports bar and 93 gaming machines.

We are currently offering both casual and full-time positions for Chefs de Partie in our Kitchen.

We are currently looking for outstanding chefs to join our growing Catering team who:

- Have a passion for food and creative cooking.

- Want to work in a supportive team environment.

- Prior experience working as either a Chef.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

- Team player.

- Excellent time management skills.

- A "can do" attitude.

The Role

To successfully fill this role, you must:





- Have trade qualifications or previous experience in commercial cooking (for Chef position)

- Be passionate about cooking and producing quality dishes consistently with a high level of attention to detail.

- Have previous experience in a busy, fast paced Kitchen workplace and work well under pressure.

- Be reliably available for a variety of shifts within Kitchen operating hours, across 7 days, especially week-ends.

- Maintain regulatory requirements around food safety and hygiene practices.

- Be able to work autonomously, as well as within a team with a focus on time management skills.

- Hold a current Food Handling certificate.

The successful applicants will understand the hospitality industry and appreciate that the Club operates 7 days per week and rosters will incorporate days, nights, weekends & public holidays.
