Artiq Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a Junior Systems Analyst to be the first point of contact for our clients' day-to-day data and reporting needs.

You will own incoming requests end to end—triaging what lands in our ticketing queue, investigating data issues, making routine reporting changes, and keeping client reference data accurate—resolving most yourself and looping in the Systems Analyst only when something's genuinely complex.
