Alpha Packaging (Aust) is a Sunshine Coast-based supplier of food service, Industrial and retail packaging solutions, proudly servicing cafés, restaurants, takeaway outlets, bakeries, wholesalers, and industrial businesses throughout Sunshine Coast.

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with an established customer base while identifying new business opportunities and helping customers find practical packaging solutions.

Reporting directly to the business owners, you will play an important role in maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering the high level of service that Alpha Packaging (Aust) is known for.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Identify opportunities to grow sales within existing accounts
- Generate new business opportunities across Sunshine Coast.
- Prepare quotations and follow up customer enquiries
- Build and manage an active sales pipeline
- Conduct regular customer visits and account reviews
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment




- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
- Provide product recommendations and packaging solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude
- You are comfortable approaching new customers, have the confidence to prospect for new business.
- The ability to identify customer needs and provide practical solutions
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Intermediate computer skills
- A current Australian driver’s license
