We are seeking enthusiastic & reliable Front-End Loader Operators with Forklift license for immediate start in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, for a recycling plant. You will be operating the front-end loader within a warehouse environment.

- Monday to Friday 6 am -2.30 pm day shift with overtime potential. Some flexibility required to work on rotating 12-hour shift when required.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Operate Front End Loader to load recycled and raw product on to trucks and hoppers.

- Soil blending prior to processing.

- Forklift driving predominantly outside, receiving deliveries including IBC's and putting them away in the store

- Pressure wash trucks.

- Wheelbarrow, chook pecking , and general labouring duties in wet and dry soil.

- Keeping the area tidy and safe

- Maintain high standards of safety, health and environmental practices





- Assisting with process work as required

- Collaborate with team members to achieve productivity goals and project milestones.

About you

- Front End Loader licence with at least 1-2 years' operating experience in a similar role.

- Forklift licence and 3 years' operating experience.

- Recycling or quarry experience is highly regarded.

- Strong commitment to occupational health and safety , wear site specific PPE including Tyvek coveralls and breathing apparatus when required.

- Physically fit and be able to do manual duties.

- Flexible and prepared to work overtime / 12 hour rotating shift to support work requirements.
