In this role, you will:
- Coordinate home delivery activities and provide customers with timely freight updates.
- Support daily fleet operations to ensure deliveries and collections run efficiently.
- Liaise with customers, contractors, drivers and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service excellence.
- Monitor and action incomplete deliveries, special requests and operational exceptions.
- Maintain fleet records, driver data and delivery documentation.
- Prepare reports and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
- Contribute to a positive team culture while delivering on Northline's commitment to Customer Delight.
Experience in transport and logistics is advantageous but not essential. We encourage applications from candidates with strong administration, customer service, scheduling, coordination or operations support experience who are eager to learn.
