We have a permanent part-time opportunity available for a Registered Nurse supporting our clients within the Emerald region.

Your Role

- Initial assessment of client needs and implementation of ongoing care, including coordination, case management and care planning
- Delivering holistic, client-centred care in consultation with clients, families and the multidisciplinary team
- Monitoring, evaluating and documenting client progress in line with skilled and legal standards
- Administering and reviewing medications, treatments and clinical interventions
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and making referrals as required to support client outcomes
- Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives

Role Requirements

- Proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox) and Pertussis (Whooping Cough)
- Current National Police Check (with validity in the past 3 years)
- Current (P) PAID NDIS Worker Clearance
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Current Queensland driver’s licence
- Current CPR Certificate
- Good computer and mobile device skills
