About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our team on a Casual or Part-time basis. This role is ideal for an enrolled nurses with experience in Home Care Packages or Support at Home experience. This role is ideal for graduate EN's or those nearing completion of their nursing studies, offering hands-on experience and professional growth in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively alongside the Head of Clinical Services to support client care
Provide nursing care within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse
Perform clinical procedures such as wound care, observations, and basic health assessments as delegated
Monitor, assess, and report changes in clients' health conditions.
Assist with medication administration in accordance with organisational policies and legislative requirements.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold compliance standards
The ability to show empathy and treat others with dignity and respect, and a collaborative approach to working with residents, staff, colleagues and other key stakeholders
Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
Strong communication and time management skills
Passion for supporting vulnerable individuals
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license - Preferred
Willing to travel outside of Bendigo for client visits if required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
Be able to perform under pressure
Experience in Aged care is desirable
Casual or Part Time hours
Supportive leadership and mentoring for early-career nurses

The successful applicant will be required to complete all relevant pre-employment checks, including a National Police Check & Working with Children & NDIS Check (if required)
