We are seeking an experienced Automotive Fabricator to join our team at MPW PERFORMANCE AND RACE FAB' in Keysborough, VIC. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for the fabrication and custom modification of high-performance automotive parts and components.
What you'll be doing
- Fabricating and modifying automotive parts and components to custom specifications
- Performing welding, cutting, and other metal fabrication techniques
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics
- Collaborating with the design and engineering teams to bring concepts to life
- Maintaining a protected and organised work environment
- Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automotive Fabricator or in a similar role
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and other welding techniques
- Skilled in the use of fabrication tools and equipment, such as lathes, mills, and plasma cutters
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Passion for high-performance automotive engineering
